Official transcripts are ordered from the Registrar's online ordering service, Parchment.

Order Official Transcripts

If you are seeking Unofficial Transcripts, please use our separate resource on Unofficial Transcripts in MyCU.

1. Navigate to the Parchment ordering service for Concordia University Portland.
2. Click Create Account to create a document ordering account for your transcripts.
3. If you get an error indicating the email address you are trying to use already exists— use a different email address that you have access to for your new document ordering account.
4. Complete all required form fields for your identifying information. 
   
   
   • These details will not be shared or exploited in anyway, and are simply needed to confirm order details and billing information.
5. Click Submit to proceed.
   
   
6. To order transcripts, click the Transcripts button.
   
   
   • Duplicate diplomas: click the Diploma button. 
7. ❶ To send transcripts to yourself,
   1. Click the link to the small link below the search field to Send to Yourself, Another Individual, or Third Party
      
   2. Skip to step #7 below.
8. ❷ To send transcripts to another school,
   1. Enter the school's name into the search field (or other information like location) and click the Search button.
      
   2. Click the Select button next to the school in the list you wish to send your transcripts to.
   3. Proceed as directed via the on-screen instruction to the next steps below. 
9. After you have registered, click Order Now! to begin ordering your transcript.
   
10. Select which delivery method of your transcript you would prefer (e.g., electronic delivery or printed and mailed to you/third party, etc.).
    
    
    • Pickup is not available with Closure and COVID-19 pandemic operations.
    • With the closure announcement, your transcript request may be delayed.
      • Visit the Closure website for updated information on transcripts and other changes for students and alumni.
      • The Office of the Registrar may be able to assist with questions not covered on the website.
11. Next to Processing Time, choose Now.
    
12. Click Continue to move to the order confirmation page.
13. Review your order and confirm details, then click Checkout.
    
14. Parchment will display a confirmation of your Consent Received for transcript processing.
15. Click Next to be directed towards billing.
16. Review your billing address. If correct and ready to finalize your order, click Next.
    
17. Next, click the Confirm button.
    
18. You will be redirected to Parchment's billing service.
    
19. Enter your credit card payment information into the secure website.
20. Click the Continue button to proceed.
    • Important note: If you do not complete this step, you will not receive your transcript! Check your email for a receipt from Parchment within 24-hours to be sure.
21. Follow any additional on-screen instructions required to complete your transcript order(s). 
    • Within 24-hours, you will receive an email confirmation with your order information.
    • Check your junk or spam folders to ensure you receive this important message.
