Setting up MyCU and Accepting Your Financial Aid Award
You will be able to review and accept your Financial Aid award offer on MyCU. To access this site, you will need to know your MyCU ID and PIN. If you need to retrieve this information, you can do so on MyProfile. See this here for further assistance with this process.
To view your Financial Aid offer, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to https://mycu.cu-portland.edu
Step 2: Click Enter Secure Area.
Step 3: Type your ID number into the User ID field, and type your current MyCU PIN in the PIN field
Step 4: Click Login. If you have accessed this site previously, skip to Step 8.
Step 5: If this is your first time on this site, you may be notified that your PIN has expired. Enter your old PIN, and a new PIN, then hit Login.
Step 6: If you agree with the Terms of Usage after reading them, click Continue to agree.
Step 7: Create your own security question and answer. Provide your PIN for security purposes. Click Submit when completed.
Step 8: Click the Financial Aid tab at the top.
Step 9: Click Award to continue.
Step 10: Click Award for Aid Year.
Step 11: Click the drop-down menu and select the appropriate current Financial Aid year from the list.
Step 12: Click Resources/Additional Information.
Award Package By Aid Year 2014/2015 Academic Year
Step 13: Read the information presented and answer Yes from the drop-down if you accept the Concordia University Disbursement Information Statement. Click Submit Information to complete acknowledgement.
Step 14: Click Accept Award Offer.
Step 15: The next page will be where you can make an Award Decision and see any Unsatisfied Disbursement Requirements remaining in the Financial Aid process.
