All Concordia University Employees are required to use their Concordia University official Email account for all Concordia University related business and academic Email communications.All clients used to access university employee E-mail accounts must use a secure encrypted communication protocol. Forwarding of Employee E-mail accounts to external addresses or services is prohibited. This is a security requirement to protect personal and business information.
Proper Email Account Use
University Email services are not to be used for any commercial activity unrelated to Concordia University business or for any activities that are illegal or would not be consistent with the values and mission of the university. Concordia University Email services should not be used for your primary personal Email communications.
Policy for Sending Broadcast E-mail to campus
Please send the email you wish to send to all of campus to: firstname.lastname@example.org . They will approve or deny your email, then distribute it to the requested recipient groups.
Employee E-mail accounts are limited to maximum server storage capacity of 10GB.
