Concordia University provides laptops and desktops for its full-time faculty and staff. These machines are on a three year warranty rotation, and are generally replaced after the beginning of the new fiscal year. If you would like to see when your laptop or desktop is due for replacement, first find your service tag.

How to Check Warranty
Once you have your Service Tag, open Dell's Product Support website.
Enter your Service Tag in the available text box.
Information about your system will be listed. To view the state of your warranty, open the Warranty Tab below:
