The Technology Service Center does not accept vendor cold calls or walk ins. The official policy on vendor calls is that any potential vendor must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org approaching Concordia University's technology groups with any new products. This goes to a mailbox that the Director of ITS-I checks regularly. Should a vendor attempt to bypass this process either by contacting us by phone or in person they will automatically be disqualified from consideration in future business.
