Before requesting a password reset for your voicemail, confirm a password has been setup for your voicemail by completing this quick process.
Confirm password needs reset (skip the line!)
- From your on-campus phone, hit the Messages button or dial 7200.
- You will be prompted to enter your voicemail PIN.
- If a password for your voicemail has never been setup, you will be prompted to complete the setup at this point.
- If you receive an error, your password will need reset.
If your password needs reset:
- If you need your Voicemail PIN reset, or if you do not yet have a Voicemail set up, please email email@example.com with your name and extension included in the body of the request.
- If you have never accessed your Voicemail before, the Voicemail system will step you through a series of setup options.
