If you have created a Teams meeting invitation that includes external (Guest) users and members, you can set your meeting to bypass the lobby. This will permit those invited to the meeting to avoid waiting to be "let into" the meeting by you.
Within the Teams application on your computer:
- Click the Calendar icon on the sidebar menu within the Teams application.
- Select the Teams meeting from the meetings listed, or create a new Teams meeting.
- After selecting the Teams meeting from within your calendar (or creating the meeting), click Meeting options link at the bottom of the meeting information display.
- On the webpage that launches, select the bypass option from the Meeting Options drop-down menu for this meeting that you would like. (E.g., Everyone, including guests, or just people in your organization at CUP.)
- Click Save.
These options are also available when creating a Teams meeting via an Outlook calendar invitation, too.
